War Horse
Who said puppets were for children? 'War Horse' at the National Theatre brings horses to life through the use of stunning life sized puppets.
'War Horse' is no fairy tale and is also not for the faint hearted. The new production is based on the gripping World War One novel by Michael Morpurgo and tells the story of young Englishman Albert who's beloved horse is sent to the war. Unable to live without his friend, Albert heads to the war – straight into the firing line.
